paksupe Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "paksupe" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at paksupe.net and its associated mobile web interface, owned and operated under international gaming licence.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the paksupe platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on paksupe that stores your personal information, PKR balance, transaction history, and betting records.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or matched deposit value credited to your account by paksupe under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process paksupe conducts before processing withdrawals, including CNIC verification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the User that are available for immediate withdrawal subject to KYC completion and any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses already accepted.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the paksupe platform.

Access to and use of paksupe is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. paksupe applies a minimum age of 21 — higher than the legal minimum in many jurisdictions — as part of our commitment to responsible gaming. Any User found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold paksupe accounts.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of paksupe or any of its affiliated business entities.
4. You must not be self-excluded from paksupe or any other gaming platform under a responsible gaming programme. Self-excluded users who successfully register using alternative details will have their accounts closed without recourse.
5. You must accurately represent your identity during registration. Providing false personal information — including date of birth, name, national identity number, or address — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) paksupe account only. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created deliberately or accidentally — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. paksupe employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations, including matching by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, CNIC number, and mobile phone number.

When registering a paksupe account, you are required to provide:

• A valid, active email address that you own and have exclusive access to
• A Pakistani mobile number registered in your name
• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC
• Your date of birth
• A secure password of at least eight characters containing a mix of letters and numbers

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your paksupe login credentials. paksupe will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to paksupe support immediately.

paksupe reserves the right to decline account registrations at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee that any specific game, market, or promotional offer will be available to your account at any given time.

All financial transactions on paksupe are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). paksupe supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within standard banking hours for direct bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. paksupe does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification (CNIC upload and approval) before any withdrawal is released.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your Real Money Balance minus any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• paksupe processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically cleared within 1–3 banking hours.

paksupe reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence reviews. This may be triggered by unusual account activity, large withdrawal amounts, or as part of routine compliance checks. In such cases, paksupe will contact you via your registered email address with instructions.

paksupe offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing account holders, including welcome deposit matches, weekly cashback, free round allocations, and tournament entries. All bonuses are subject to the following universal terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable Real Money. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms page. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Sports betting and live casino bets typically contribute 100%. • Bonus abuse: paksupe uses automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse — such as low-risk, high-staking bets on outcomes with near-certain probability to meet wagering requirements while retaining expected value. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonus funds voided and may be restricted from future promotions.

paksupe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are made available at the sole discretion of paksupe and may not be available to all account holders simultaneously.

All sports betting activity on paksupe — including cricket, PSL markets, football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other listed sports — is governed by the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules are published in the Help section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet acceptance: paksupe reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets that paksupe deems to have been placed using insider information, in violation of sporting integrity standards, or in excess of the applicable stake limits for your account tier.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is formally accepted by the system. The odds confirmed at the point of acceptance are the odds that apply to your settled bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided by paksupe in cases including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds being published due to a technical error, the event not being completed according to the applicable rules, or the discovery of match-fixing or sporting corruption related to the event in question.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. During this delay, odds may be suspended. paksupe accepts no responsibility for internet connectivity issues on your end that result in a bet not being placed in the intended in-play market window.
• Maximum payouts: paksupe applies maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface. Bets that would exceed the maximum payout will be automatically reduced to the maximum permissible stake before acceptance.

The casino and instant games section of paksupe — encompassing live dealer tables, slots, crash games, keno, and virtual sports — is subject to the following rules in addition to the game-specific rules embedded within each title:

• RNG certification: All random number generator-based games (slots, virtual sports, instant win titles) use certified RNG systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by paksupe staff or any external party.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer results are final once the game round is completed. Disputes relating to live dealer outcomes must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the round in question, referencing the game round ID displayed in your transaction history.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a way that is not the result of genuine human decision-making.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker variants or competitive game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or temporary system anomalies to generate artificial profits. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discoverable error are void.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider after depositing funds to paksupe.
• Registering or operating multiple paksupe accounts, including accounts in the names of other individuals.
• Attempting to access paksupe from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy technology to mask your actual location.

paksupe reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Requests submitted under a responsible gaming self-exclusion programme
• Legal order or directive from a regulatory authority

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting paksupe's 24/7 live chat support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (subject to completed KYC and no pending investigations) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited on account closure regardless of wagering progress.

All content on the paksupe platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, trademarks, logos, interface design, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of paksupe or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, or commercially exploit any part of the paksupe platform without our prior written consent. Scraping of odds data, game content, or any other platform data using automated means is expressly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, paksupe's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

paksupe expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, or any other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by factors outside paksupe's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game or service accessible through the paksupe platform
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your paksupe login credentials

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit paksupe's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

paksupe is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a suite of account-level tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity. These tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard after paksupe login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a given period. As with deposit limits, reductions take effect immediately and increases require a waiting period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. paksupe will display a reminder when your limit is approaching and log you out automatically when it is reached.
• Cool-off periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place any bets.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from paksupe. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and can be made permanent. During self-exclusion, your account is closed and you will not receive any marketing communications.

paksupe collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including your name, CNIC number, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and where you have provided consent, for marketing communications. paksupe does not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to the personal data paksupe holds about you, to request corrections where data is inaccurate, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Such requests can be submitted to paksupe's support team.

paksupe reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the core mechanics of how bonuses, withdrawals, or account management operate — paksupe will notify you via your registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

For minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting regulatory guidance — paksupe may publish the revised Terms & Conditions on the platform without advance notice. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of paksupe following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to paksupe's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and paksupe arising from your use of the platform, the following process applies:

1. Initial contact: Submit a formal complaint to paksupe's support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Include your account username, the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and transaction IDs, and the outcome you are seeking.
2. Internal review: paksupe's compliance team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and issue a full written response within 10 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time, in which case you will be kept informed of the progress.
3. Escalation: If the paksupe internal resolution is not satisfactory to you, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority overseeing paksupe's operations. Details of the applicable escalation body are available from paksupe's support team upon request.

Both parties agree to use good faith efforts to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal escalation. paksupe's records — including bet logs, transaction records, and communication history — shall be treated as authoritative evidence in any dispute resolution process unless you can demonstrate a clear factual error in those records.
